Waiting for training camp is the most boring stretch of the year.

Objectively - I think it is safe to say Vic Fangio has already established a team culture. On top of that - the players are universally enthusiastic about their work. He empowers is coaches yet infects them with his passion for the game. It is remarkable also that Fangio has become the face of the team - and this is a team that has Von Miller on it. When the head coach is the face of the team - it takes the pressure off the players.

We don't know how this season will work out, but it is pretty easy to see that what Vic Fangio has accomplished in taking over this team - even before training camp starts is remarkable. You can't succeed unless you believe in yourself and Fangio has the organization, the players and the fans believing. It doesn't prove anything for the season success yet, but being off to a good start is a best kind of start.
