For me, I don't really get attached to players until they are actually Redskins.

Of ALL the pass-rushing OLB in this draft, I'm taking Vic Beasley. He's been consistent for two years, straight. I can't say that about the others. The ONLY issue with Vic was his weight. Now, he's up to 247lbs. However, he's not that good against the run, which Dante Fowler IS.

I'm a big Beasley fan. If he can keep the weight without losing his explosiveness, he could be the best pass rusher in the draft if he gets to a 3-4 team. After the combine, when his weight increased while still showing his speed & quickness, he definitely moved into the top 10 & maybe just outside of the top 5.

Before the combine, with all the pass rushing talent in the draft, there was talk he might make it to the Cards @ 24. There is no chance of that happening now.

This is also my take...

Oh yeah if they have 2 players rated very close to the same and they just signed a young SS I can see SM looking at need. But this is not the same as reaching several spots to take a RT because we need a right tackle.

As for Beasley you guys have kind of convinced me, he can put on weight as he develops in the weight program. I"m cool with any of the pass rushing OLBs to be honest.
