Best ones I can find are Giants slight underdogs at +110, Rangers -120

Anyone got any better data?

I just wanted to know what the 'wisdom of the crowd' thought about our chances.

I guess I'm satisfied. Ladbrokes has SF 23/20 to win, Texas 20/27 (which is like +115 and -135)

I didn't say that very well. I understand the odds in poker. What I'm not good with is understanding odds on how much money a -120 would yield and stuff like that. I'm not a very good sports gambler.

Ok gotcha. I'm not either actually. I rarely bet sports, only to give myself a reason to root when I'm in Vegas or something.

I believe the -120 is how much you would need to bet to win $100...and if you took the Giants at +115 then that would be the return again on a $100 wager

Thanks Rich. I actually know what those lines mean I just didn't know at the time if I had the best available data. Anyone got a good updated line, post game 3?

The possibility that lingers about Cliff Lee pitching Game 4 has probably kept this line off until there is more certainty...I would imagine the line would be similar to todays if I had to guess...

I'm actually trying to find a line for the series, not just tomorrow's game. I agree the line for the game tomorrow will look a lot like tonight's.

We came into the series a slight underdog, I'm curious how we look now with 2 wins out of 3 played.

I respect (and slightly envy) those with the guts to throw some cash down on the Giants like that. I refrain, mainly because I feel like I'd jinx the team trying to profit off of them. Plus if they fall short I'm pissed off AND poorer.

I got a $100 ticket for the Giants to win it all at 30/1 as a gift prior to the season. I laid off $1500 on the Rangers.

As in all things, depends on the quality of both.
