Yep, and afterwards the FCC also tightened restrictions on television and broadcast to a level not seen for 15 years.

Also a fun fine was one for an episode of NYPD Blue which was fined 1.5 million dollars in 2008 for an episode broadcast in 2003. For the fun clip look up Charlotte Ross - NYPD Blue - shower.
