I think the Rams will have a top 10 defense ...... I would say top 5 but that is going to depend on how much the offense helps them out.

I don't think the Rams problem is he Qb either. Their problem is they have shit at wide receiver.
Your offense is pretty damn bad when the only weapon you have is a gimmick player (Austin) that will never be anything more than that.

I don't think Bradford is very good, but I do think he is "good enough". I felt all along the best way for them to improve their team the most was to get a true franchise QB, but it was clear they didn't think any of these QBs fit that description. I agree with you about WR which is why I thought they might take Watkins since they had already resigned Safford at that point and expect Long back. I think Robinson was a great pick, but with the strength of their OL and after they didn't sign any WR in FA like I thought they would, I was thinking maybe they were eyeing Watkins.

With the Rams in true need of a 1 WR and Watkins on the board, they must think Robinson is Hall of Fame bound. Im not a scout so I cant really say how much better he is than the next guy- but for me Watkins, Martin looks better for them than Robinson, Donald. Just my opinion.

I would have gone Watkins at 2. They got 2 great players though

Oh if I were the Rams ... I would have been all over it ... There defense IMO was "good enough"

They really needed a true weapon on offense.

This is what I was thinking. Thats why I liked Watkins and Martin for them better than what they got. I mentioned this to a Rams fan on draft day and he seemed to think they were loaded at WR. They do have a lot , but they are all 3s with exception of Austin- who is more like DJax than he is Calvin Johnson.

Not sure why he would think that
Rams had no receiver with more than 40 receptions and Austin is the only player they had with a reception of more than 40 yards.
