Not in my opinion. The guy has missed the last two full seasons with the same injury. His play will reasonably be affected. He's not gonna be the pro bowler you are expecting him to be right away. He will improve, naturally, as the season progresses but it's not gonna be enough. Their schedule is the toughest in the league for a reason. From week 8 to week 13, you could arguably see the Redskins going 0-6. But even I think that's not right.

I said Healthy. If he plays 16 he will be a major difference. NOt just his stats but Kerrigan, Smith and others.

plus Seattle and NYG. You like the Giants this year. NYG will get them one game. 10-6. Plus Kc will give them a go.

I'm not a huge fan of Seattle this year, KC will give them a go but won't beat them. I like the Giants but not enough to see them keeping it all together against Dallas. I'm banking on the Giants going 3-3 in the division just because you never know with the Giants. They will get swept by Dallas but sweep Washington and split with Philly.

I agree. In your post you had the listed as a team that got better. So I was curious.

Having said that, if you aren't getting better while the competition around you are, that makes it a bit hard to produce to the same level as last year. I have the cowboys finishing anywhere between 8-8 and 11-5. Elliot is the key. If he loses significant time, it could be a long year for the Cowboys.

I will say if the Sophomore slump hits Dak and Zeke, that's the Redskins opportunity to pounce.

If he is fully healthy throughout the entire season, then yes, that definitely makes a difference. My gut tells me he's not going to be fully healthy though. I know he's been working out and has had training camp but I can't see any athlete missing two full years of his sport and just coming back form injury automatically as good as he once was.

That is very possible. I don't see Zeke getting suspended, although he should be, but if he does, that changes a LOT of things.

Like I've said numerous times, if you are banking on a rookie DE and LB to fix your defense's inevitable mistakes and natural issues, you're being foolish. Who's to even say those guys play that much to even make a difference.

What is foolish is believing that allen won't be better than what we trotted out there last year for a DL. He could play with one hand tied behind his back and do better that the DTs we had last year. He is a lock to be an upgrade. I'm not calling him an all pro (yet), but he will make our DL better. Anderson, I would agree with. Unknown how he fits just yet. But there is no question how Allen fits.

I agree. Galette, Brown, Allen, and Sweringer are the major upgrades this year on d. Plus Fuller is actually looking good that could be huge.

Of course. I already predicted this with Skinsdad and gk in another thread. OF course they disagreed. BB is gone no matter how he plays this year. Taking Moreau this year and the improvement of Fuller, you cant pay BB big money in FA. CB's good or bad get over paid in FA.

Yeah, calling Philly's record had me doing some mental gymnastics for sure, but I expect that they may surprise a team or two on their schedule. I literally flipped a coin on Wentz to factor in either a step up or sophomore slump, the flip favored him for what that's worth.

I just can't see Philly winning any divisional games or any games against the AFC West. maybe that is too harsh. Lets go with 2 out of the 10. Then they have @ Sea and Car.
