Again you cum guzzling faggot, take your scarlet glasses off and look at it in the real world. Firing him for domestic abuse is absolutely within cause. Especially if it was more than once.

But you will never get this.
Domestic abuse that was proven would've gotten him fired. Her filing charges against him for domestic abuse would've gotten him fired. Why do you continue to just ignore these facts? I can't help you to not be simple. Keep up the graphic homophobic language, it's totally helping your cause.

Keep pretending domestic abuse isn’t a cause for firing. It’s totally helping you seem normal and unbiased in this. This conversation is beyond hilarious.

WR coach for OSU has had several instances of domestic abuse over the past several years. His wife finally decided to file charges this year and OSU fired the WR coach. Now it's come out that Meyer might have known about an instance in 2015 but there were no charges filed so the WR coach wasn't fired then.

so is he in trouble for not reporting the incident back in 15?

You think it's hilarious? What the fuck is wrong with you?

Again, you simple child, let me spell it out:

Domestic abuse that has been proven/charges have been filed against the accuser = coach being fired with legal cause, no lawsuit

Domestic abuse that is alleged/no charges are filed against the accuser = coach being fired without legal cause, lawsuit

This is the simplest possible way this can be explained, otherwise I can't help you figure it out.

NO I think you defending him is hilarious. You really are going to go down with the ship huh?

An if his wife knew about it 3 years ago and this wasn’t the first instance why the fuck wouldn’t he cut ties? Shit he probably should of done this in Florida.

There's two ways this goes. Either 1. The "investigation" happens and Urban is let go OR 2. The "investigation" happens and his wife takes the fall for everything and is let go by the University and used as a scape goat.

These just seem like the likely scenarios at this point. I can't imagine OSU would react this quick to put him on leave if they didn't see this as serious or know something even worse.

Hey

Here's something we both agree on. Smith is an absolute pile of shit and I hope he goes to prison soon.

I'm not defending anything here, I'm saying it's not something Urban deserves to get fired over. Suspend him for a few games without pay, sure. Taking his career because he didn't fire someone who had no charges filed against him? There's no precedent for that.

This is what gets me. Great - he gave the guy a second chance. But why didn't he keep an eye on him? Urban's who defense (I didn't know until last night) is dependent on him NOT keeping an eye on the guy to whom he gave a second chance.

What kind of incompetent wuckfad fails this miserably?

Yep and if what I heard on the radio on the way home is true, it looks like th whole coaching staff knew.

If that's true, it's even worse. Also, my question would also be...How did that many men know and no one kicked his ass?

According to Title IX, Urban's own contract, and OSU's own code of conduct, It does not matter if the party involved was charged:

According to Title IX and to his own contract paragraph 4.1(e): "known violation, shall mean a violation or allegation of a violation of Title IX that Coach is aware of or has reasonable cause is taking place or may have taken place.

per OSU's own misconduct policy: "An individual need not be charged with or convicted of a criminal offense to be found responsible for domestic violence pursuant to this policy."

In other words, Urban had an absolute obligation to report what he knew, and so did his wife as an employee of OSU. He failed, he has 100% violated his own contract language, and OSU's own code of conduct.
