undoubtedly one of the biggest college football games of the year, the Foster Farms Bowl is simply one of those special games that brings in die-hard fans from all over the country for a reason. This game currently has tie-ins with the Pac 12 Conference and the Big Ten Conference, which tells you all that you need to know about the level of competition that you're going to see. We're talking about some unbelievable superstars on the field at one time, with each side looking to cap their seasons with an exclamation point in one of the most renowned football venues in the world, the beautiful, state-of-the-art Levi's Stadium in the San Francisco area
Illinois has played in Heart of Dallas, so it cannot play in Heart of Dallas
