Update On Kyshoen Jarrett

Redskins' Kyshoen Jarrett: Unlikely to play in 2016

I'm not sure if anyone has touched on this, but it looks like Jarrett won't play this season and that his career might be over. If so, what a shame. For him personally, I hope that nerve damage gets better even if he doesn't ever play a down again.

They have said all along that 2016 was probably out of the question. By all along I mean since Feb. or March.

I commented before that you never know with nerve damage. I had an injury to my left eye and I had no feeling in my left eyebrow or forehead above it for 20+ years. It finally did regenerate but for years I could pinch, hit etc. and not feel a thing. If you hit me in the left eye not I will probably say ouch. I hope for his sake it starts to regenerate but I wouldn't hold out high hopes. Tough break.

Wow, tough break for both of you! Glad to hear about your recovery. Let's hope Jarrett can do the same. I believe Jaylon Smith also has some nerve issues too, right?

Sucks, we've all watched the videos of him taking care of his brother. I want nothing but the best for this guy.
