They won't have to force an edge rusher most of the top players in the draft are pass rushers and they will be picking high enough to get one.

that would be GREAT not having to trade up cause there's only one top Edge guy.

So far the losing teams who project with the highest picks, don't need QB.

it was good to see the 49ers still playing hard monday night. if they keep that up, they can win some games.

As I wrote in my way-too-early Big Board, big-bodied guys who move like Lawrence and can eat gaps don't last long in the draft. And Lawrence has shown that he is more than a plugger -- he has nine sacks in two seasons.

Honestly I would take one of the DE early and then try to trade up or take Tillery from Notre Dame in the 2nd or late first if you want a disruptive player at the DT position.

DJ Jones will likely be the starter next season, Mitchell is gone. They'll need to spend a later pick on another NT/DT, like Jones was in the 6th.

Buckner won't move as the primary 3-T.

They likely peg Solomon Thomas back to big end, with Street as the depth. Armstead will be gone cause he's not adding enough pressure. Neither does Thomas but they'll protect the guy they drafted.

Seems like we are back at the fundemental stage, look at NE big LB, big DL, Philadelphia has big DL and Quick DL and LBs. It was great with Willis and Boman about a year and a half of no 100yd. games and 2 rushing TDs over the season!
