Who are the players that you're at least starting to consider cutting? I'd like to get an idea of who may be on their way to the waiver wire.

Here are some of the guys that I'm at least starting to consider cutting:

Kembrell Thompkins
Montee Ball
Brandon Jacobs (handcuff for David Wilson)

Potential Waiver Wire Replacements:

James Starks
Billal Powell
Eddie Royal
Marlon Brown
Matt Schaub

as of this moment, I think:

Marlon Brown > Kenbrell Thompkins

Brandon Jacobs should not have been claimed to begin with

Ball is worth keeping, if you have the room to stash him

I would not drop thompkins or ball... But i would try to add royal, Brown or schaub... Clearly with schaub it depends on the league depth, and i would not pick him up if he is going to only be your bye week replacement... But Royal seems like he is the real deal, forget his TDs he had 7 catches on sunday... and 10 cathces so far this season... that is 5 per game... TDs are impossible to predict, but it seems like royal is rivers' favorite target... Marlon Brown is 6'5 he and he has 2 TDs so far this season, i think at that size he has to remain Flacco's go to red zone guy... the only problem is flacco is known to be a HR hitter...

For some reason I was very high on Lance Moore at season's start. I am combing the waiver wire for replacement possibilities in 4 (that's right count 'em- 4 leagues). Lot's WR waiver wire choices.

another drop- Fred Davis- possible replacements M Bennett, C Clay, Eifert

Agree on the dropping Jacobs thing. I would probably pick up Powell before Starks. GB has a bye in week 4, by then the rook should be back and take over the garbage kill the clock carries. I've already heard in Rotoworld that the best he can hope for is some early down work - so you basically get him for one week. Powell is in a timeshare as well on a bad team, but he is not going away. He will continue to get all 3rd down work and rotate the early downs with an underperforming Ivory.

Thompkins has certainly underperformed and honestly I'm not sure what to think of him. Neither he or Dobson seem ready to step up against NFL quality CB's, plus Gronk will be back soon as well as Amendola. Whereas Marlon Brown has stepped up and has no threat to his #2 targets. Eddie Royal may prove to be more than a flash in the pan but I'm not confident in that.
