Nahhhh I'm alright...gave up the mixed martial arts though I couldn't hack it any longer....Tired of having young punks kickin the shit out of me daily in there. too much wear and tear on the body. Still hittin the weights though, just not so heavy anymore. I'm gettin old!

Most of these guys have all been together for 10 or 15 years now. I have been on and off of Kffl for about 12 years now and still the same crew of guys arguing their point day after day.
