I just looked him up and he has 6 2nd place finishes the last 3 seasons including this season. So he clearly has the talent.

FOX's coverage just seem very amateurish all around.

They would be doing themselves a huge favor by finding someone to replace Buck. He is terrible. He also tries to spark controversy all of time & it just unneeded many times - let the golf speak for itself & stop trying to create drama.

One thing in favor of Fox - they show the entire tourney all 4 days from start to finish.

I watched the featured groups online the first several days. Marks Brooks was the commentator for all the ones I watched. Right away I became a huge fan of this guy.

His golf IQ is off the charts. And he keeps laser focus on the golf being played in front of him. He does not spend half his time judging or speculating.

His partner in the booth questioned the use of a 3 wood by one of the golfers. Brooks does this 5 minute breakdown of the modern use of a 3rd wood compared to years ago. It was fantastic.
