He looks left, looks right, sees a Ram screaming towards him, speeds up to get into the endzone and puts up the peace sign as that is his thing.

It's a reach to say he's taunting, imo.

He's done it many, many times. He always tilts a bit backwards on those kind of breakouts when he decelerates to make sure he won't get caught from behind. It being @ a player is likely incidental if you ask me.
