It's always going to be an issue with every team I'm afraid. Between the PED's and the year round training regimes to get bigger, faster, stronger, bodies are always going to break down at some point.

You can strengthen muscles all you want. Ligaments...not so much (not as easily anyway.)
Just like Tommy John surgery in baseball....all these young pups throwing 95, 96, 97 in high school...it's one part of sports I'm really beginning to hate.
