still having issues with copy/pasting twitter i am missing something

If you click the link on the twitter post from above. You will see in the web address for the tweet a bunch of numbers near the end like this /364467798396780544/

Copy just the numbers then put [ and then the word tweet and then and it with a ] then copy and paste the numbers from the web address and then end it with [ and then add /tweet and then end again with a ]

If you want to see how it all looks quote the post by hokiehi and then you will see what im talking about in the quoted part

All you have to do is copy and paste the entire twitter post. Not just the body of it, but the person's name who posted it... everything.

Observations from Monday?s practice at Redskins training camp

now here is what i was looking for

thompson showed his speed and clearly he is faster then anyone we have at RB he should be a field position changer

thomas had another good day in the box and didnt bite on a play fake and had good coverage on moss

Man if Thompson can just stay healthy....

Leribeus isnt in good shape... he got hurt again today. hyper extended his knee. Nothing serious. But i think he could be a surprise cut... I wouldnt like it, but he seems to be the only player on the team having trouble to stay in shape...
