I'm biased because I'm a Brad Richards fan (even though he killed the Flames back in 2004) but I think he should be higher than 49th.

It'll be interesting to see how the NHL's youth movement continues. There are some guys on that list that aren't very far removed from very dominant seasons, and still have plenty of gas left in the tank. Vinny, Iggy, Marty...maybe Brodeur.
