I did not know what "Bump" meant for a long time. Probably over a year.

I would see all of these threads with just one word, "bump", and I just didn't understand it.

I wonder when I finally figured it out.

I thought about making "The Rebounding Thread", but don't know if there's enough content for its own thread, right now. Maybe it can be created and some posts can be merged, later.

I had no idea Larry Bird lead his team in rebounding, averaged 11 rebounds a game, as a small forward.

McHale only averaged 6.7 rebounds a game.

Maybe I could have created a "MHSL82, why didn't you tell me Larry Bird lead his team in rebounding?" thread.

I was saying that I wouldn’t say it because they were attractive, but rather because they had a bump.
Maybe if you said "bump", you would then hear a "thanks, I'm very proud and excited"?

It depends on if it’s an adjective or a verb. I don’t think she or my wife would like me to say that either way, but especially if it were a verb and a question. (Just in case, I’m not clear, bump can mean fuck, as in have sex, as in sexual intercourse, as in when a man and a woman love each other...)

I did not know that. I thought it was noun.

Wait I did sort of know that. "Bump uglies".

I guess I was only thinking of the noun.

How many times did Michael Jordan play over 50 minutes in his last season? How many times did he play over 40 minutes? 36 minutes? How many times did he score 40+? I’ll give you a hint, it’s impressive.

Three (and one time was 49.6).
29 times.
53 times.
Three times over 40 and 9 times over 30. Shot well those games.
26 games of 50% or higher shooting, 38 with 45% or more. He didn’t always shoot a lot for poor percentage games.
played 82.

You know I haven’t been a Michael Jordan fan since he beat us. I just think it’s impressive that he played so long and so many minutes when he was 40. I know that he has missed basketball for a few years so he didn’t have the same wear as some 40-year-olds, but I like that he did not miss many games and he didn’t show up for a few minutes and sit.

How did LeBron James, Hakeem Olajuwon, Tony Parker, and Dirk Nowitzki do at the same age?

With those 4 criteria.

I am not sure if Parker played at that same age, but I didn't want to start looking at his stats and get biased. So I listed 4 players at various positions that did have long careers.

How many games did Jordan play that final season? What age was he when the season started?

He played 82 games. He was 39 years and 9+ months or so? I don’t know or care when his birthday is.

Dirk Nowitzki never played more than 32:42 in his final season with only nine games with more than 24 minutes and missed 31 games. He shot 50% or better 17 of the 51 he played and only two times of those games did he attempt more than seven shots. Shooting so few, I’m not surprised that he has a few 50% or greater games because if you don’t take very many you’re going to run the risk of shooting two for five or something. He scored 30 points once and 21 once. He scored 11 to 21 points 12 times. He had three games with eight or more rebounds and only 14 with five or more. 15 games he had a block or two with three games with two blocks. I don’t know his per 36.

I don’t wanna do LeBron James that much, but he played 37 minutes or more in 36 of his 71 games. He scored 30 or more 22 times. He shot over 50% 50 times.

Tony Parker‘s worse than all of them besides shooting percentage and his last year it was 36 as well. I think one could compare to other years, but I don’t care about Tony Parker.
