It has been a few years so not sure what changed but honestly it wasn't difficult. Part of it was common sense on how to handle situations and they did have some direct questions like which of the following is a valid SLA?, Roles and Responsibilities and terminology (like what does the term utility mean).

I do remember the 3 day course I had we did a practice test after each section and it truly coincided with questions on the real test.

I just took and passed the test. The class was really boring and hard for me to pay attention to at times but I did actually study every night. Its not that I wanted to pass so much, I really did not want to fail.

Now I can begin the process of forgetting everything.
