Trent Murphy didn't do anything all game, but those three plays he made, made up for it. I was very impressed. It was a good game. A straight up nail-biter.

My question is...do you know what the coaches are calling or expecting? He is obviously doing what is being asked of him. How many times do we have teams in obvious passing situations? We did today and he went sack, sack.

They've looked bad at times, far too many times imo, in short yardage and goal line situations. No doubt though, both lines have shown noticeable improvement from last year.

Chris Culliver also sucked swollen blue whale nuts quite a bit today.

I was unaware. A couple friends stpped by unepectedly and wanted to be social. So we ended up watching the game at a bar. I hate being social when watching the Skins and not being able to hear the game is another big peeve. Thanks for the dope, dad.

My take on the three TD passes was:
1) They ran deep routes down each sideline, Robinson had deep middle. The safety shaded towards the route on the offenses right. Culliver turned his guy loose on a deep post. No safety there. Have to ask the coach if Robinson should have still been there or Culliver should have still had the coverage. Looked like they were in cover 3.

2) WR ran a clearing route and the TE ran an out underneath his route. Bradford was flushed and Kerrigan missed what looked like an easy sack. Don't know who had coverage responsibility. Assuming it wasn't Kerrigan so I would say blown coverage by a backer or safety underneath.

3) Culliver got toasted on a deep route. He followed the Austin all the way but just got beat.

Yep and you have to love when a guy plays hurt. We had a few guys who did that today. Reports were Kerrigan hip won't return - he did. Garcon knee won't return - he did. It is part of the tough man aspect that many of us love about the game.

From what I saw from CC today. I'm with you 100% that someone, himself or a coach, should've made the decision to sit him down today.

I can respect CC's desire to want to be out there and to actully be out there gutting it out................to an extent. I think that extent was exceeded by CC w/o question and probably some on the coaching staff. Fortunately, things worked out, at least today they did, for the Skins.
