Only 1 winning record in NFC North, interesting!

My only problem - 6 winning records in both conferences. I think someone will be 9-7 and not make the playoffs this yr, I was thinking AFC South or the aforementioned NFC North

Oh I'm sure at least half of em will end up WAY wrong. I did go game by game though I wasn't just going through one teams schedule, then the other..everyone's wins and losses matchup. Kinda surprised myself at a few of em.

I had the entire NFC norse splitting home and homes, except GB sweeping Detroit, they all just knock the piss outta each other.
Wouldn't be a stretch whatsoever to have one of the other AFC south teams get to 9-7..heck, three of em could be 9-7, especially of Luck goes down (or stays down)

Heard a cool stat on ESPN Chicago today, although I don't think @Trudem will like it.
The last 3 successful head coaches for the Packers (McCarthy, Sherman and Holmgren) failed to make the playoffs in the their first season. Doesn't seem like good news for LaFleur.

You do realize Detroit has won the last 4 meetings. Now if you said Minnesota and Chicago are going to sweep the Lions I would agree.

They're due?? ;)

I just really don't like the direction the Lions are headed under Patricia. If he's given a couple years of building and developing that roster for his desired style, ...maybe. But its brutal for me right now

Maybe Lafluer will be an UNsuccessful HC, but make the playoffs year one?

I do have them losing in the WC round

I'm hoping he and Quinn don't make it thru the season.

4-12 would get that done. But I'm more optimistic, 6-10. Feel bad for Staff TBH.

Curious about Evans here. You think Godwin cuts into his production that much or something? TB is still probably gonna throw it around a lot. Even with Godwin there, I think Evans still gets enough to match his late 2nd to early 3rd round slot, which is where I see him going in most places.

Meh, kinda yes, kinda no. It more I have doubts of the TB offense as a whole, and I think he's being over drafted. Still gonna produce strong numbers, just not worthy of were you'd have to draft him. Think we'd be better off grabing a strong RB, and going after a Hilton or Keenan Allen the next round

actually it depends in just when Darwin Thompson takes over in KC..if its within the first 4 weeks, I choose him, after that, I think Murray being a 16 game starting QB wins by default.
My ballpark predictions? I've got the cards at 6-10, and two of those are SF..so they'll be throwing forever, its a ton of volume accumulation, it ain't gonna be pretty
~3000, 25TD, 18int
~500, 3TD , possibly up to ten fumbles lost - a ton of garbage stats, also a ton of opportunities for strip sacks

Not bad @TREFF

In the very last article for Fantasy Assembly, some of my predictions were regrettable. Pretty sure every QB i mentioned was mediocre. Other predictions were right on the mark. Namely the WR, TE and DST.

Reaches, Avoids and mid/late round Gems

This thread make me smile. NFC North as a whole better but Packers were definitely better.

packers looking to sweep the north Sunday!

Ha, well...I'd say I had my fair share of "hits", Ingram, Carson, Andrews, AB, Howard... but, as normal, and like everyone else, my share of big swings and misses too, everything that had anything to do with the Chargers or Rivers I was monumentally wrong on, Darwin Thompson, MVS, Moncrief (good grief).

Undeterred, I'll try again next year!

My Murray prediction revisited-

3000 yards
25 TD's
18 INT's
500 yds rush
3 TD's
10 total fumbles lost
Real results-(plus one game to go)
3400 yds
18 TD's
10 INT's
540 rush yds
4 TD's
Only 3 fumbles, lost none..

A mixed bag, but overall, I'd say a check in the hit column. Was not the guy you wanted as your weekly QB1, as I predicted. :)
