Young players to watch: A couple second-year guys have jumped out a little bit at various times through two days. Receiver Robert Davis dropped his weight from 229 pounds to 213 and has pleased coaches with his development. Guard Kyle Kalis looked good during one-on-one work, including one time vs. Anthony Lanier. Kalis showed a solid base and good footwork to win a couple of his battles. The key for him will be doing the same thing vs. starting caliber players. Kalis has been working with the No. 2 offense at right guard.

i post both good and bad , some posters dont want the bad being talked about and some especially dont want to be shown how unfair they were either . my main point is i will bring up times they were unfair

Was not directed at you or anyone on the Forum. One of the bloggers went into a diatribe about Smith being more willing to throw the long ball than Cousin's. Except for last year there is nothing that says that is true.

Smith is our QB and I hope he lights it up. I hope Cousin's does too. I am with Trent. If Alex does something well then compliment him and stop making all the comparisons. At the end of the year we can look to see who played better but really it matters little since Smith is our QB.
