So as of now these are my 6 keepers: Cano, Kershaw, Posey, Lee, Fernandez, Myers.

I got offered Myers and my 133rd pick overall for another team's 118th pick overall.

I also have Cespedes, Andrus, Molina and Rios as keeper options. I've been trying to get pick upgrades for those guys but no one has been budging. Should I take the Myers deal and keep someone over him?

I'm just not sure if the upgrade is even worth it... only 15 picks up, but I do have solid replacement options for Myers.

I would keep Myers. He's a bigger upgrade over Cespides IMO. 15 spots isn't jack.

No. Myers is a stud for the long term.

I would consider trading either Posey or Lee for an pick upgrade, not Myers.

Also, like Micro said a 15 pick upgrade in the mid to late rounds is worth little. The later the pick, the less the upgrade is worth. There is a chance that the player you would want to draft at 118 will still be available at 133.

Even a first round pick needs to be viewed like a 7th rounder because of the keepers. It would take a 1st round for 6th round kind of upgrade for me to consider moving Myers. I would move Lee of Posey for less, but still probably not for a worthless late round upgrade.

1 more thing to consider:

If you do not trade anybody, it increases the quality of the talent pool available in the draft and potentially helps you land a better player in the first 2 rounds. I would not even trade a player like Rios for a marginal upgrade, because that could actually hurt your team indirectly.

Count me in as well as thinking this is a bad idea. Long term, Myers is your 3rd or 4th best keeper (well done). He'd be second for most teams probably. Enjoy your riches.
