Taken from HB.com

Chris Ash, Larry Johnson Sr. to join Ohio State Buckeyes coaching staff - ESPN

PSU Tosu and Mich. Are all very active in getting better coaches into their system. Bo needs to start doing the same or this is going to turn very ugly for the record the more I think about it Nebraskas win loss standard should be in the 11 win catagory. I still like Bo but his staff needs a upgrade

LOL

Larry Johnson Sr..........that should end up being a good addition.

Hell, all Urban did was go find a couple of puppets himself.

Are you mixing those pills and liquor again? CUM just pwned the B1G with this move. He is going to have one of the best defensive lines and he is going to own the state of Pennsylvania recruiting wise.

This was a genius move on Urban's part. Penn State wanted a wow name, they got it and Urban got their recruits for years to come.

Yeah. This is Larry Johnson Sr.

1996–1999 - Penn State (DE/ST)
2000–2014 - Penn State (DL)

Penn St fans love the guy. He was good enough for Bill O'Brien to retain.

He brings a wealth of experience to tOSU D- Line.

Losing LJ to tOSU is a little hard to figure out.. He has been our best recruiter for a long, long time and will no doubt help tOSU's presence in PA. Franklin offered to keep him in the same capacity but Johnson left after all of those years at Penn State for a lateral move at age 62. Puzzling maneuver for a guy that has bled blue and white for so long.

Franklin has responded well to the loss of Johnson and right now it looks like we could possibly be picking up Chip West from Virginia who is one of the best recruiters in the country.

Let's not shit ourselves......

Ohio State could move Heaven and Earth if that's what it takes to get any assistant they want.

Recruits are born in tOSU's driveway, and coaches all across America drool over the thought of being any part of a coaching staff there.

tOSU is big time. BIG. TIME.

It wouldn't bother me so bad if we was a weak ass program with no money but fuck we can go toe to toe financially with almost ever school in the country. Every school in the big 10 and we don't I don't get it

well there in lies the problem. Urban has coaches that other people actually want. Bo had one TJ and now he has an opening. is he going to go hire someone good or a buddy that no one else wants?

coaching turnover can go multiple ways, but when you are at an elite school and can bring in elite coaches that's what should happen, not hiring your buddy that has like 2 years of coaching experience.

By the way, ye all act like you forgot that we hired Rick Kaczenski away from Iowa a couple years ago.

Probably one of the greatest steals in all of College Football in the past decade.
