Refs are so bad all over this sport. With as much money as this sport brings in, no excuse for not having higher pay, more/better training, and centralized standards. It would add a lot of cred to this level of the game.

I am saying they had no issue in the same exact situation when they flagged Washington, but when OSU tried to substitute they decided to not allow Washington to snap the ball. Apparently they get confused when Washington goes hurry up, but not OSU
