Doob's take
Pens have let their game slide the past 2 games. Got shutout by the Avs, then completely dropped the ball in the 3rd period against the Isles, they're in need of a bounce back game. Maple Leafs have also been in a rut as of late, losing 3 of their last 4 games, including a 5-2 loss to the Blue Jackets last night, so they're also in need of a bounce back game. I will put my faith in the Pens, hopefully they'll want this game more than the Leafs. Doob picks the Pens to win 3-2.

Must add, this one probably goes to a shootout.

Possibly, I think Bernier has been the #1 for the Maple Leafs so far, although Reimer has been very good.

that was a great game...these 2 teams are a must watch by all fans, you see dufferent tangibles all the time

Yeah true stealth, was a very good game. Pens & Leafs have had some good contests the past couple seasons. I just find it frustrating that we can't score on anyone all of a sudden. Really what we need are guys that could get in front of the goalie, set screens, deflect shots, & put back rebounds. We always try to be too pretty and that style doesn't always work.

I totally agree with Geno last night. All he did was turnover the puck.

That was a terrible trade for the Isles. Vanek is a marginal upgrade over Moulson, and addresses nothing of their weaknesses, which is defense and goaltending.

I guess they aren't 'getting to their game' the past week. The continued play of Engelland over Jefferey is baffling.

I've said it before...move Letang to wing. He thinks he's a winger and plays half assed d/gets caught out of position. Put Engeland back on D or bring up more youngins

You think higher of Moulson than I do...I think Moulson is 2nd line average without Taveras, while Vanek has never played with a Taveras and was/is better than Moulson
