Today's game brought to you by the 80's. As in the LA Kings are the only team in the NHL in the 80 point range (80-89). The team directly above them is Chicago with 90, the team directly below them are the Maple Leafs with 78. A win tonight would tie the franchise record for wins and keep the Kings as the only team with a point total in the 80's!

Bernier vs Quick round 1! (probable starting goalies for tonight. I believe Jones was in net for the first game between these two teams)

You just know Bernier is going to try and outplay Quick. I doubt he has any animosity against the Kings. They sent him to a place he could (and apparently has) become the number 1 guy in goal. But he may just want to try and show them they kept the wrong goaltender.

I always want the Kings to win, but if there was a win one lose one, with today and Saturday's games, I want them to win Saturday. Winning today is nice. Winning Saturday would be excellent. Ducks are winless since the trade dead line. I want it to stay that way. Even if it means sleeping in the back yard
