He's easing into retirement. Will still do some Leaf games, but Jim Hughson is the A-squad.
I'm just glad Mark Lee has been shuffled from the late games to do mainly WPG games. (though i think Lee is still doing tonight's battle of Alberta)

I don't think the CBC let's you retire. My uncle worked there for years as an announcer and they kept bringing him back every time he retired. He had to finally go ahead and die to get out of there.
