I think you also have to discount any receiver that has Peyton as their QB. I just doubt he gets those types of stats with most other QBs. In other words, he may not be as good as his stats suggest.

reed is too injury prone. i really like clay, he blocks and catches. sure id love thomas but that might be too big of a signing, dan style. i think the qbs we have as of now need a good tight end as a security blanket. as for peytons past receivers, we did fine with garcon (led the league in receptions). peyton usually has good targets so i dont have a problem with getting his old receivers.

I'm glad you posted this Dad because TE was a huge problem last year. Reed is a great athlete but he is a one trick pony who is always hurt. The literally had no TE on the roster who could block worth a damn and that killed them last year. Paulson can take Polumbus with him out the back door. For a big slow blocking TE he sure had bad hands and was a poor blocker. We can do a lot better than Paulson and Paul.

TE was a big problem for this team last year. Both in the run and passing game. Whoever they get they need someone that can block.
