I would love to vote for the Yankee and Posada's bat was actually better than Rodriguez's bat, but when you are talking about the best catcher defense becomes more important than any other position. Rodriguez's defense was just too much for Jorge to overcome.

unfortunately I agree with this post 100%... But posada was a very good bat!!!

Posada was also a pretty bad baserunner, even by catcher standards.
