His mechanics are exactly why I thought he should spend the first year on the bench, working out the kinks. He's got a good head for the game and some raw talent, but his mechanics are horrid, and it limits his accuracy. He has an especial tendency to sail the ball.

That explains why they limit the amount of deep passes he has in a game compared to Thad Lewis & Tuel.
