Guice, Ap, Gibson, JD, Barber, and Love. Tell me which 4 make the team and why. My opinion Gibson will be the 5th Wr on the team splitting time between Rb and WR. So chose 4 out of the 5.

Guice because he is a young workhorse. He is capable of running and catching.
Love because he is a complete back with game breaking speed.
Gipson because he was drafted by this front office and we can do a lot with him.
Barber because he is reliable, but not stellar. He won’t hurt us.
i can see AP getting cut and carrying 5 Rb's including JD. Scoot turner mentioned JD in an interview with JD finley on Twitter.
it should be guice , love , gibson and if its between AP or barber then i go with AP although keeping barber wouldnt cause me to jump off a bridge
gibson is a RB , he has the RB number and the FO has stated quite often he is a back
i think we could keep tmac, sims , AGG harmon with possibly 2 slots open for quinn , cam , wright or alford
I doubt itI think JD makes it. Could go with 5 backs.
I doubt it
i wouldntI rather have JD on the team than no name 6th Wr.
Guice, AP, and Gibson are locks because -one has potential to be the workhorse back, one has proved to be dependable and solid, and one was drafted.
Barber makes it if AP is hurt. Same style back.
JD makes it if Gibson doesnt pan out. 3rd down type of Back
Love makes it if he is healthy and shows something in preseason. Not a lock, bc he was drafted by previous regime, and hasnt shown anything at all due to injury.
I think 2 out of the following three get cut: JD, Barber, Love.
love should beat out JDHow is Barber the same style back as AP? AP is not even close in the receiving skills that Barber has. Love was actually drafted by Kyle Smith in his first draft when he was under Allen. Im saying JD, Gibson and Guice are locks. AP just doesn't fit what Scott Turner wants to do at RB. I think the only way Ap makes it is if Guice gets hurt in pre season. As far as roster spots go you can put Gibson in with the Wr's and have 4 backs(Guice,Jd,Barber, and Love).
love should beat out JD
If there is so much confidence in Love why go sign both JD and Barber?

For real and so radicalCompetition, competition, competition!!
Ron Rivera has made it very clear to everyone who cares to pay attention, if you want a job, he's going to bring in guys that you have to beat out in order to get that job. I'm pretty sure that he's going to have them compete to keep their jobs even after earning them. What a concept, huh??

its a good thing now lets see the executionRegarding the RB room, Scott Turner said that they wanted to foster competition. It's no secret the team wasn't good last year, so they're going to let the players compete in practice and evaluate them. They'll play whoever gives them the best chance. #HTTR

Guice will be on the team for sure, barring injuries
AP should be on the squad, he still has gas in the tank
Love can still be a practice squad player
I think Gibson will be listed as a WR, but be used as a running back too
That leaves the 3rd down back open. I would say JD has the edge because of experience as a 3rd down running back, but Barber could still make the squad since he's the better back. I like to have a receiving back as the 3rd down back, disappointed Chris Thompson left
