Rest in Peace to one of the best hitters in MLB history. Tony died of cancer he had been fighting. One hell of a hitter and a good man. God just fould another great hitter for the lineup. RIP Tony.

Those of us who watched Tony Gwynn play watched one of the greatest hitters of all time. Those guys don't come around very often.

Tony Gwynn was also a fine person and touched many lives. He will be missed and long remembered.
