I fast forwarded a lot of this one cause my caps friends couldn't control themselves.

Timo made a few nice plays.
Read's goal was sick and he made a lot of other real nice plays I thought.
Jagr didn't give up the puck until he got tired and bored and subsequently let someone take it from him.

My hat goes off to A) Bryzy B) Read C) Bourdon. On another note, IMO Lavi should be heavily mentioned for the Coach of the Year. He won't get it which is a shame. For what he has lost injury wise and plugged in rookies to fill the voids. From a fan's perspective, this is kind of a blessing in disguise. No way would i have figured all of our rookies would step up on a big stage like they have. Much credit goes to Homer as well for making these decisions. It was a huge gamble and appears it will pay off.

I would like to add more stars if I can. Lavi for using his timeout and getting the message across to our boys to regroup and play their game. Also, Bryzy for bouncing back strong. He could have easily throw in the towel when we were down 3-0. He is becoming our backbone to keep this team together and going deep into a Cup run IMO.

just watched it.. definitely looked like a tough press conference to give.. but ya cant really blame him, there's not a lot you can really hang your hat on if you're the pens.. getting up on the flyers isn't really that big of an accomplishment and aside from that what do you point to?

flyers gotta stay focused though, they've been a much better team on the road than at home this year and spotting the pens 2 and 3 goal leads isn't going to hold up forever..

how pittsburgh got a power play at all after the scrum was a joke. as well as schenn receiving a penalty for his clean hit.
