Tommy Stevens transferring?

Looks like he will infact go to the portal. Does that mean Clifford will be our starter?

Clifford had performed well enough for staff to not name Tommy starter. Tommy wants to be guaranteed starter spot now since its his last season and he wants to make a run at NFL. If he weren't worried about Clifford beating him out this summer he stays. Comfortable with Clifford at starter, he makes all the throws and is athletic enough to keep D's honest with feet. My big concern is if Clifford gets hurt
