… the fact that you had to tell us that on his final day sounds a bit emotional no?
No!

Just seems to me like a lot of people are holding onto instead of letting go. And his final day was a while ago his final day as a Patriot even longer. It's toilet tissue to me, when it's served it's purpose I flush it

Umm … it looks like the dork who recorded the ceremony stopped it before Brady’s speech was over … lol …
but had the sense to post it separately here:

Thanks.

A true New England Icon.

Boston has been fortunate over the years.
Brady, Bird and Orr. There were some Sox that were pretty good too.

… ya gotta add the great 11-ring holder, Mr. Bill Russell … in the top 2 at least

I talk about Manny Ramirez followed by David Ortiz in the lineup all the time to my kid. One of the greatest 3/4 combos of all time IMO.

And videos of Pedro beaming hitters and then staring them down never gets old.

Jim Rice and Fred Lynne?
I don’t remember anybody throwing chin music at Jim?

The run was great. Brady was surrounded by great coaches and players. And he deserves every bit of the GOAT acronym. Cheers to Brady, he gave us a lot. There was so much discipline on those teams. I agree to an extent with YR. It has been over for several years now. Need to get over it and face the future.

Baseball is very boring, unless you go and watch it live. I guess that’s why I’m a Reds fan … grew up in Cincinnati as a kid, it was a lot of fun and actually caught a foul ball in the stands with my dad. Always brought the mitt to games back then.

Playing baseball is great. Played little league and then right up through high school.
