Has anyone seen a QB have a worse Super Bowl than Mahomes did tonight?? I can’t recall anything uglier than that.
Elway had some bad days. Also I can't remember if it was Grogan or maybe Dilfer, but who ever was the Patriots QB against the Bears that one year probably didn't have a lot of fun.

It seemed very clear from the opening bell that the Chiefs were depleted, injured and just not 100%. Mahomes was hurt, his o-line was basically all backups, and that meant the defense was going to be on the field all night, which they were not used to.

yeah, it seems like we've been lucky for the last several years in that a lot of the Super Bowls were close. But there are plenty of examples over the years of teams that couldn't get the offense going in the Super Bowl.

Yeah, although I think that the Chiefs receivers also played poorly and mentally the Chiefs were abysmal. Pretty much 15 points worth of penalties on top of some bad drops. Without those two factors, I think the Bucs still win but we would've at least had a good game.

KC was missing their 2 tackles and their best OL who sat out the season because he's a DR and wanted to help Covid patients.

It's amazing to me that the Pats fans are sticking up for the refs...but I guess if I got years of favorable calls I'd see it the way you do....
This coming from a packer fan is hilarious.

Jensen punching Jones, and calling the penalty on his response was pretty terrible. The weak call on Brady's pick as well
Thats nonsense, he didnt throw a punch, and the retaliation is always what gets caught. That call on the brady pick was 100 percent correct.

We established that Kerry Collins was the gold standard for worst SB performances by a QB. He was absolutely destroyed by that 2000 Ravens defense. Grogan actually had a better game against the ‘85 Bears D(Eason barely played) than Mahomes did last night. Mahomes had the 2nd worst SB ever among those that I checked. There might be other candidates.

I didn’t know Mahomes could look that bad. Seriously.

When Brady faced pressure similar to this in a SuperBowl he also lost. He did however still put up respectable numbers.
