My dad always based xmas bonus's (much more so) and regular raises by their quality of work and effort. Then it became based on seniority.

It only gets worse and in several ways

I have frozen burritos left. I will wrap them in paper towels, and cook them for 2 minutes.

Then I will open the paper towels, cover them in shredded cheese and Pace picante sauce.

Then I shall cook them for 10 more minutes. Then slather in sour cream.

Dinner.

Mint chocolate chip is good. One of my favorites.

You're missing a lot if you don't like milk.
