Nice! I'm 5'6" and it's such an inbetween height...too tall to date short guys (I wouldn't mind, but they get whiny about my heels...shoes over men every time) and too short to model. Seriously annoying!

I topped off around 5'9"... I still wear 4-6 inch heels. The taller, the better IMO

Heh it was a joke - I have trouble meeting anyone these days. I'm closeted a lot, writing my thesis/doing homework/being asleep.

Depends on who you're around, I suppose; most of my male friends are tall (6'1"+). Shoot, my brother is 6'4" and my stepdad is 6'5".

I've been all over the place(somewhat lol) and rarely run into people taller than me.

I take back what I said earlier, I know 3 guys taller than me.

I know a shit ton of people that are noticeably shorter than me.

The dudes I dated loved it; granted, they are/were tall as hell.

I've never had a dude tell me not to wear heels, especially since they make my legs look stupid long.

What they would actually do is look at me as I opened the door (or put them on, depending on how ready I was when they got there), and say, "Why are you wearing THOSE?" or "Are those really necessary?"

Only a couple of times did I get an honest, "Do you have to be taller than me tonight?"

My favorite was one guy telling me, "Any girl that truly loved me wouldn't want to make herself taller than me."

Now for the record, I'm 100% down with dating a shorter guy as long as 1) he's all guy, and doesn't efface himself about his stature or lack thereof and 2) he's cool with my shoes. I love my shoes, they aren't going anywhere if I have anything to say about it.
