Actually you aren't correct. Saying Hall has been mediocre in coverage would be a huge compliment.

Hall is only good in coverage when he wants to be (see against Dez Bryant last year). Most of the time he's lazy and just goes for risky INT attempts or big hits. He can't be totally terrible though. He's still in the league.

Lol. He is wishy washy from what I have seen. Can come out and make a pro-bowl play on the ball, then come out the next and look like a freshman in highschool lining up opposite of Calvin Johnson.

how many fumbles do other backs typically have? I keep hearing people say that Wilson is "fumble prone", but wasn't sunday his first fumble in something like 200 carries?

Vick got back in so he's ok. Both Hokies balled out. Philly's D sucks balls, especially that secondary. They need more Hokies back there

Wilson got 7 carries last night, for 17 yards....BUT, he was the teams leading rusher.

I think the Giants issue is more their run blocking than Wilson. No matter who their RB has been, there is zero room to run. The fumbles are certainly on Wilson but I sort of fear he's going to get the blame for what really is shitty line play.

In other Hokie news, Chancellor is a boss. He and that Sea secondary are a thing of beauty

Danny Coale waived from Cowboys practice squad, on the bright side, now he is clear to join a respectable squad

Roc keeps bouncing back and forth between the Texans and Eagles. Was with the Texans last year, then the Eagles in the pre-season, then to the Texans practice squad, now back to the Eagles. Good for him getting a roster spot.
Eagles sign cornerback Roc Carmichael, place Brandon Hughes on IR | NJ.com

EDIT: wait, I think I got confused there... it was Eddie Whitley that was with the Eagles in pre-season, not Roc. At least we're keeping that roster spot in the family...

What are everyone's thoughts on the pro prospects of Derrick Hopkins? CBS has him way down on their list (obviously it is hard for them to keep that updated with defensive line prospects I imagine). He showed great strength and quickness the entire game, I can't imagine he wouldn't be worth a late round draft pick.

As good a player as he is, I don't know that he has the bulk NFL teams want on the inside. Having said that, Carlton Powell hung around the fringes of the league for a few years a Hopkins is a better player.

He's not tall, but he's got plenty of bulk.

Hop got a look from NFL teams. Skip is hands down better. He'll get a shot. I fully expect him to be drafted.
