We all knew a QB was going to the Browns at #1 or #4 but didn't know who that player was or at what pick the Browns were gonna take him. I had a strong feeling Darnold would have been the first one off the board but I was wrong. Darnold is gonna do special things for you guys after all somebody's gotta take down Brady and Co right?

I thought Darnold would go first as well so when the Browns didn't take him I was pretty happy. The word IN NYC had been that the Giants weren't taking a QB for a couple of months now.

Gettleman is gonna regret not taking a QB at #2 but if Barkley goes off like he did at PSU the Giants will be ok IMO

The Giants really seem to like the kid Webb they took in the 3rd round last year for their next QB. They didn't want to throw him out there last year with the awful O line and ruin him.

I'm not sure, some of that will probably depend on if the O line continues to develop. Also might depend on if Bridgewater is healthy or doesn't make it through camp. McNown tends to get hurt as well so I can see him get some reps but I would imagine the plan is to have him learn for at least the first 6 weeks and then see where the team is.
