But I don't think insight picks a 7-5, 8-4 Texas team over a 10-2 Kansas State team.........

Me neither... Texas has several key player's banged up and fozzy is out with an undetermined injury at the moment. They could easily lose the next 3 with KSU, A&M and Baylor left. Don't think they'll be 3rd. in the conference.

It's 3rd pick AFTER the BCS selections.

If Oklahoma beats Okie Lite they will both potentially get BCS bids. OU in the NC and Okie Lite in the Fiesta.
The Insight could theoretically end up with the 5th best Big XII team and the 4th best BiG 10 team.

This is why Missou has been butt hurt the last couple season, getting picked fer lesser bowls than they expected according to their record and standing in the BigXII conference.

They said on The Experts show the other day that Oklahoma would be a lock for the Fiesta Bowl since the Fiesta Bowl obviously has ties with the Big 12.

The only thing that I could see is a 10-2 Kansas State maybe slipping in if Oklahoma State absolutely destroys Oklahoma.
