Correct. If the team you pick to lose, wins, you get a -10. But if they lose, it's 1 point for every point they win by.

Yessir, and once I like a post that's just me letting you know that I've added it to the spreadsheet. It's easier than posting "got it" 20+ times a week. Also, just to make sure all the bases are covered: can pick a team to WIN as many times as you want. Can't pick an FCS team to lose. Can only pick a team twice to lose, so no cherry picking Kansas/Purdue every week.

I originally had only addressed ND as an independent, that's my mistake. I had them as a P5 for obvious reasons, but never considered Army or other independents. I'm open to suggestions there. I don't think uniformity is necessary for the Independent schools. I wouldn't consider Army a P5, but some might consider BYU a P5.
