Steve Czaban, Tim Brando, Dan Patrick and a replay of Unsportsmanlike Conduct from 12am - 4am all are featured on the new station. Plus, plenty of games and live events as we branch out to two sports stations.

I can't wait to her Tim Brando Show. Lots and lots of College Football talk!!

I call it the "Earn your _______ " technique. I require exercise (even if minimal) before each meal. I tell myself to "earn my lunch," for example, then do 5 minutes of abs or shoulders or arms or whatever. Then later do another body part (jerking off doesn't count) before another meal or snack. By the end of the day I've worked several parts without ever having to commit much time to a "whole" workout all at once.
