With my dad running graveyard for the SO most of my yute and my mom not usually being home till around 8 managing a restaurant...

I was 11 when my sister graduated and went to uno, I completely fend for myself from that point on.... by 16 I was a pretty decent cook.... but now- I'm can kick chef ramseys ass.....

Me and my roommate get in spats all the time cuz he thinks he can cook.. but really all he does is read a damn recipe and seems like it always comes out overseasoned or over/under cooked.

I usually just find a recipe that sounds decent, then totally change it... I never measure anything unless I'm baking.... My roommate measures to make chili


My roommate says I just cook all "willy nilly"- says you don't know what your putting in their and how the flavors work- you should take advice from professionals......
