They have a kid with cancer. I would do anything I could in their situation to get attention and assistance for my kid. Don't want to get in to a debate but I can't hold that against them.

I'm not trying to make light of their child having cancer, that is a travesty and deserves attention..
I do have a problem with trying to make a profit and attention by deceiving people and using some other child's cancer for their gain

I guess I don't see it that way because I was in no way deceived. I would not have found their page if it was named different but it was clear from the time I found it that was a different Jack.
And my definition of profit would be different then yours I am guessing. If it goes towards his care I wouldn't consider it profit.
