Did I say anything about anyone being admirable? Did you notice this is the bullshit thread?. It was a freaking nonsense response in a nonsense thread.

There is a reason I don't frequent the politics board. I'm not interested in the one party bash the other party because their not my party bullshit that is ruining this nation. If you are looking for that fight you may do better on the politics board.

I'm the same way. Tried a little bit there before, but not much actual exchange of ideas to interest me. I guess I don't see where you think I'm trying to do that.

I originally made a flippant statement, you made a statement interjecting a political party into the discussion, then I decided to take the time and explain why I came to the conclusion that the mayor was an incompetent dumb fuck. None of my reasons have anything to due with political party bashing. I didn't mention any political parties at all other than to directly address your comment.

Don't even get me started on how bad FEMA was once they did try and get involved, and that responsibility goes all the way to the President. My comments were about the mayor because we were talking about the evacuation or lack thereof and from the reasons I listed, I hold him mostly to blame for that portion of the disaster. It's really tragic how every level of government spanning members of both political parties proved incompetent to varying degrees, but ultimately piss poor collective effort(lack of effort) caused so much loss of life in New Orleans.

I'm not some partisan that blames the "other" party for everything and I'm not at all looking for some fight. Not sure where you got that? I know we had a more heated exchange in the past, and I probably got a little more condescending and assholish than I meant to be, so if you've still got your knickers in a bunch over that, I'm genuinely sorry I was a bit of a dick.

Driaz, there's a pub called George and Dragon pretty close to Sky Harbor that will probly tune the game in for you, have a pint and some damn good fish n chips as well

Awesome!!!.....I'll have to check into that. I am debating somewhat because I'm flying out of Mesa and since it's such a small airport, I probably can watch the game here since my flight doesn't leave until 7:25 pm. The game starts at 12:30....be done approximately 3:30-3:45......I'd be able to get to the airport by 5:30 so good.......The only down side is if I'm closer to the airport, I'd drink a couple beers at the bar versus if I have to drive 90 miles, I don't want to drink much if I watch the game at home......

Do you know any sports bars closer to the Mesa airport?.....It's the old air force base.

I see, thought you were going out of Sky Harbor, I never went that far into Mesa much, there is a sports bar @ SWC of Chandler and Kyrene, not far from the 202 freeway. My buddy Johnny still slings there.

....I'm assuming the only reason it got brought back up is because of the tropical storm hitting that same exact area almost on the exact anniversary of Katrina 7 years ago. This storm is one day earlier....

You play in Conference USA..............where defense is non-existent and offenses rack up mega stats because of it.......averaging 50+ points per game and shit.....

Nebraska plays in the Big fucking 10, where defense is fucking played and it's played the right way..........where you aren't going to see Ohio State beat Michigan or Nebraska 62-41......

I mean talk about a nonsense comment.......trying to compare the offenses that Southern Miss played against last year to our offense. Damn noobs

2 minutes to go and Bo isn't calling a timeout......Northwestern had the ball on our 1 yard line...........he lets like 20 seconds roll off the clock and THEN decides to call a timeout.

I actually didn't read the whole thread. I just saw the "Is that supposed to..." and responded to what appeared to be a classic politics board post.
