OK! So I will give the answer to it.

My question. Nebraska Football All-Americans. What state has the 3rd most All-Americans? Who was the most recent All-American?

New Jersey with 8 All Americans. Mike Rozier and Irving Fryar the year was 1983

It looks as if RG3 is going to win the Heisman. If he does, he will be only the 3rd Heisman trophy winner, since the BCS started, to not play in a BCS game the year he won it. Who are the other 2 and what bowl game did they play in.
