Nebraska: A report from CBS Sports today noted that Ed Orgeron could be joining Mike Riley’s staff. Per source, there has been no contact between Mike Riley and Ed at this time.

Would be a great get if we could get him

Eichorst had planned to fire Bo since iowa last year…has been talking to a coach from a P5 school since last year and was planning on hiring him the entire time, that P5 coach was planning on accepting the job regardless of result or raise after this year, that P5 coach knew exactly what assistants he wanted to hire since last year, that P5 coach had been in contact with said assistants, those assistants had planned on leaving to join that P5 coach since last year, AND…..

not a single hint of it was leaked to any one any where at any time

Eichorst may have put out feelers to some agents a year ago…to assume constant talks and negotiations and contact have been ongoing for a year is such an incredibly stupid idea for any knowledgable sportsfan

I'm pretty sure Eichorst is retarded. He didn't think this whole thing through. Just made a stupid gut decision because some boosters were threatening to bail if something wasn't done to improve the losses.
