That would make a really tough schedule if we had to play 9 Big 10 games and then play Oklahoma OOC every year. Would be really hard to go through that and make title game.

I think the main thing was if you're going to do 9 conference, you have to stagger the home/home with a good team to odd or even years. In short, you schedule it in such a way that when it's 4 conference home games, have have OU visit Lincoln. If it's a 5 conference home game year, you visit Norman.

But the series discussed was a single home/home so it wouldn't be every year or anything. I think it was originally thought to be 2020/2021.

Yea. I figured if they did any home homes they would rotate it with years when we have 5 or 4 home conference games.
